Customer Reviews
Detailed thoughts on my new umbrella
I recently purchased an offset patio umbrella from Grandpatio, the 10ft model in beige. Ordering was straightforward on their website, pretty easy to navigate. I got a confirmation email right away. It shipped out two days later and arrived via FedEx in about 6 days; the box was a bit beat up on one corner but the umbrella inside was fine. Assembly was surprisingly simple, just a few steps to attach the pole to the base (which I bought separately). The crank mechanism feels smooth and opening/closing is easy. I haven't tested its wind resistance much yet, but it seems well-constructed. The canopy material feels durable. I did have a question about cleaning it, and their customer service responded to my email within 24 hours with instructions. Good experience overall, helped me understand what to expect.
Decent furniture, delivery okay
I ordered a wicker sofa set from Grandpatio. The furniture itself is pretty good quality for the price, seems sturdy and looks nice on the patio. Assembly wasn't too bad, just took a bit of time. The delivery was a little slower than I expected, took 8 days to reach my place in Arizona. The cushions aren't entirely waterproof, but they dry out quickly. Happy with it mostly, just wish shipping was a bit faster.
Good value for a new patio
I was looking for a new bistro set and Grandpatio had some good options. I signed up for their newsletter and got 10% off my first order, which really helped. The free shipping on furniture was also a big plus. The set arrived in about a week. Overall, it felt like a solid purchase for the price. I thought it was worth it.
Love my new fire pit!
I just got the Grandpatio fire pit table and it's fantastic! It looks so good on my deck and was super easy to set up. We've used it a few times already and it adds such a nice ambiance. I'm so happy with this purchase! I will definitely shop here again for more outdoor stuff.
Good quality, fast shipping
Bought a bar height dining set. Quality is solid. Shipping was quick, got it in 5 days. No issues. Would buy again.

Is Grand Patio legit? Never heard of them until I saw an ad. Don't want to drop a bunch of cash on some scammy site.
Hey, wondering if anyone's bought from Grand Patio before? Are their umbrellas actually good quality, like for real wind resistant or just marketing talk?
Saw a 10% off code for signing up for emails. Can I use that with a sale item, like if there's already a big discount?
How are returns with Grand Patio? Like if the color isn't right or it's not what I expected, is it a huge pain to send back?
Thinking about getting a patio heater from here, but I'm also looking at Hampton Bay. Any thoughts on Grand Patio vs. Hampton Bay for heaters?
Thinking of ordering a big outdoor sectional, but I live in Florida. How long does shipping usually take to get there? Like from when I order to when it's on my patio?
Anyone know if the Grand Patio cushions are actually waterproof or just water-resistant? Like, if it rains, will they be soaked or just beaded up?
